Book Clubs The summer Book Club is open to middle school students who wish to read and discuss books once a week with a volunteer mentor. There will be multiple groups based on reading level, including one for English language learners. The discussions will provide a space for students to engage with the books and develop stronger literacy skills like comprehension, prediction, and analysis. We are hosting virtual sessions during COVID, but can adjust scheduling as Eagle County updates safety status this summer. READING BUDDIES START DATE JUNE 10 Wednesdays 4-5 PM: 8 sessions We will offer a 2nd session if we have enough students enrolled and would be from 11-12, but have not determined the day.
